Refund Policy

All items are warranted for one year from supply.
In the event of fault developing over this period, please contact sales@ecclestons.com
for an RMA explaining the fault. Once an RMA number has been issued, return the item, preferably
in the original packing. If after inspection the item is found to be faulty, a new item will be sent out
and reasonable postal costs will be refunded.

If the fault develops within 30 days, the item will be refunded, with carriage costs, if requested, rather than being replaced.

If for any reason you wish to return an item within 14 days of receipt, please email
sales@ecclestons.com first for an RMA number. Once the RMA number has been issued collection will be arranged at our cost and a refund will be arranged.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
